I have purchased some 10X13 mailer bags from Amazon for mailing books. They are what bookshops etc use to mail out books. They are strong, weather proof, and come in pretty/cute/funny designs.
They only come in 100 pc packages so I was wondering if anyone would like to split the order with me. 100 pcs cost anywhere from $13.99 to $17.99
The ones I have right now were $13.99 they are solid black with bold white letters across the front that says "Hello I'm what you've been waiting for". They come in lots of designs and you can search "Poly Mailer" or "Pack it Chic" on Amazon and see all of them.
So If youd like to split an order (I already have)
25 would be $3.50
50 would be $7.00
75 would be $10.50
You could just pay me with Venmo or PayPal. I dont care about shipping cost or taxes. I just dont need 100 and I'd like to have a variety of designs. So if you order other designs I'd be interested in splitting with you.

Today is digital detox day - delete redundant websites, mailing lists and remove bookmooch fora that you do not use. The last few posts here were spammy - so I recommend leaving this one. Or at least something should be done with the off topic posters accounts???

But of course I would much rather than books were mooched instead. I post here (as there was a post in the last fortnight) to ask about this - how can we deal with this spam and re-invigorate the site?

The topic of shared mail bags was a good one. DO you have recycling or sharing spaces near you? Is it possible to do that with used US mail bags - others have had problems with them. I am not in the USA so I am not sure about this.

However some kind of stickers might be cheaper to buy than new mail bags - anyone know of where you can get suitable stickers from??
