I take service quality and prompt shipping very seriously.

Most of my books are in pretty good condition. Some of the books I send are heavily loved, so much so that I might resist putting them up on say, PaperBackSwap. If there are no comments about condition, the book is most certainly in really good shape. If you have any special requests about conditon, do let me know.

As for me, I feel that books are meant to be read and will take just about any condition. I'm not hung up on shipping responsiveness, either. Be reasonable, do your best. We are all busy.

I'm sorry, I am going to really have to curtail international mooches. Prices are getting too crazy.
