Status message:
If you are super allergic to cats, please be aware that the books that I send have been around cats. Some of the books have had cats lying across them, usually while I was trying to read them. The books, not the cats. ;)

Bio:
I'm 36, I live in Kentucky with my husband and a cat. (The adorable children in the pic are my niece and nephew.) We are waaaay out of town, on a dead-end road, with trees all around. (I love it, but it does sometimes affect how soon I can send books out, especially in winter, when we sometimes get snowed- or iced-in.) I work part-time as a nurse; I used to work in the field of psychology. I enjoy hard science fiction, some fantasy, the Amelia Peabody mysteries, and quirky books like The Sex Lives of Cannibals by J. Maarten Troost. I love to garden, and spend most of my free time doing so. In the winter, I plan and scheme about next year's garden, cross-stitch, sew, and read a lot. I just read Radical Homemakers by Shannon Hayes, and I loved it.
