Hello,
I sent two books to a member on September 21, 2014, sent three follow-ups, and never received a response from the member as to whether they received the books or not. What should I do?
A LOST button appears on my PENDING page but then the system sends an email to the non-responsive member indicating that the book was lost ... which doesn't make sense since I don't know that the books were lost. Please advise. Thanks.
