book mooched more than two years ago but never sent

Some time during 2012 a book from my list was offered to me, the offer was accepted by me, the point was subtracted from my account, but the book has never been received, nor sent, as best can determine. Please tell me how to get the point restored to my account. Thank you.

Hi,
on your pending page you will see that on the right side of each book sent to you, you have the link "LOST". Just click on it and the points will be authomatically returned.

Additio: if the book was never sent simply cancel the request. The points will be given back.

When you cancel the request from your pending page be sure to select "the owner never responded" as the reason. Not only will you get your point back, but the owner's account will be put on vacation so the book does not appear on other member's wishlists.
