Were you adding it by ISBN? What exactly does it say when you try to add it,and which way were you trying to add it ( e.g through add button, or were you searching for the book to add through the "search amazon for a book" box)? Sometimes Amazon doesn't recognise certain editions; if this is the case you could try adding it under another edition and noting that it is a different edition in the condition notes. If you can't find the book at all you'll have to hand-enter it.
