Confused

I received a request from America for the book Sealed letters I got a email to day to say that it was received but there is no record of her mooching it in her account Every thing is ok at my end so what do I do now the points are not the issue I only have one option lost which I Don't want to use as the book has been received Can some one please help

Hi Cara
She kept telling me that there is no record in her account of me or the book so I searched my email and found her request and answered her again to let me know if it came through and then a book received notification came through so I don't know what the problem was The book has gone from my pending and I guess that's all I want. Thanks for your help. Sorry to waste your time Cheers Isabel
