At presentI have 3 outstanding mooches, one has been waiting for THREE YEARS! numerous emails have been ignored (have tried sending via my own email site too) One of them was actually accepted, and was supposed to be sent in 2 weeks, that was on June 27th 2013, This was Signal Red by Robert Ryan, from bookmooch member Bethonie (UK.) I've sent her 3 bookmooch reminders and several private emails. Still no response. Why are people so rude? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you. Rose.

Also got an email from Tech Support, saying they had seen this thread, but not received my query via BookMooch.
