I entered ISBN 0545244102 for My Sister The Vampire Series: Re-Vamped. The receiver is mad because she was expecting a three volume set, because the system showed My Sister The Vampire Series (#1-3): Switched / Fantastic / Re-Vamped (3 Volumns). The Amazon page and ISBN on that page is correct though. I googled the three volume set and there is no such thing. I don't want bad feedback for something that never existed.
If they leave you bad feedback, you can reply to it and explain by selecting Transaction Details from your feedback page. Also, to prevent this in the future, check the title you post with the title shown and note in the condition notes if there is any difference.
