I think if you set your preferences to "see all recent messages" and comment on the Available journals list with any amendments (journals mooched by or from you) then the message will be bumped up into prominence again.
I do add new journals listed as they show up on Twitter but this leaves the message way down where it is not instantly visible! It takes me a lot of time to make this list - please use it well and promote it in this way!
