I'm reading Five bells by Gail Jones. It's a great read So how Do I get to know about other books like this? Is this the right forum.

I find 'Library Thing' and 'GoodReads' a great source of book recommendations.....in fact they can sometimes be too good and as a result my TBR pile keeps getting bigger and bigger, LOL!.

I find them both good for recommending books in a 'if you like this book, then you might like this book' kind of way.....which it sounds like you are after.

I'm sure there are plenty of other websites that do something similar, these are just two that I use.
