Lin, I'm in Australia, & a ferocious reader, & I thought I knew alot of Australiana folklore types, too. But I've never seen these books or heard of the author. They must have been a small print run, coz it's not something that's become popular & well-known. Australiana pioneering is generally very popular here though. The most I can offer is to keep my eye for them. There are a few titles available at this website: http://www.biblioz.com/search.php?a=79&i=31770566 But they are expensive, $35-$38 AUD.

Thanks for your response Michelle. I've had a look on the web here and it seems like they're very rare! (Previously unfamiliar publisher). I picked up the first (and only one I have) a couple of years back either at a Jumble Sale or a Charity shop and have been looking out for the other two, without any luck. It's just a paperback of The Challenge, but I really got interested in all the history as I've got friends in Sydney, and also other friends who moved there from UK 5 years ago, so anything Australian is potentially interesting. Thanks so much for the link; I'm off to explore it now.
