Sorry for being so obstinate - I allowed my fear of "I won't be able to find any books ever again from ANYWHERE" to colour the words and tone of my reply to you - definitely was "uncivil" as John would say. After all, I've negotiated for three days with someone from Quebec (I'm in Ontario) to get the right mix of books that he wanted and I could afford to send. I hope that John's latest comment about Canada/US won't discourage him from tackling the domestic shipping problem we have. It sounds like he really doesn't understand how important it is! | |
