Mr Weston and his assistant Michael turns up in a small English Village in the first half of the 20th century, selling his good wine (and there are many in this village who would be good customers). Who Mr Weston is, and what he's actually doing there, will slowly be revealed.
I found this a difficult book to read, but had to finish it so that I could find out who Mr Weston really was. It is definitely of it's time, but is certainly a classic as it appears never to have been out of print since original publication.
