This coat has the STORM DRY FINISH, so it is water proof, breathable and strategically seam sealed. It is from Columbia's XCO collection...extreme Columbia outerwear. (a very heavy winter coat) It has a hood that zips off the collar, drawcord bottom, adjustable velcro cuffs, 3 large front pockets, and a front placket with a 2 way zipper and velcro snaps up the front.
