bookel (Australia) (2008/01/14): Hardcover with dustjacket. Illustrated with black and white photographs, it begins with a chapter on the advantages and disadvantages of the various ways of learning to ride and then takes the learner through the elementary stages - the correct seat, the aids, the paces - to school work and jumping. There is a section on the building and jumping of courses and each chapter ends with a practical discussion on what may have gone wrong and the appropriate correction or cure.
