I wrote this dictionary, but let me make it clear that it is in Russian ansd is directed at Russian students learning English - so if you have no Russian it is not for you. It covers the meaning, history and usage of phrases you may not come across in a traditional dictionary. Incidentally, (though this message is probably in the wrong place) I will post to any UK address any of the books on my list in return for postage only.
