I chose audiobook after starting reading Dracula and the realising that I did not like the copy I had. I have to say as a fan of vampire novels I don't know why it took me so long to get the original vampire masterpiece. A masterpiece this book certainly is. I love the poetic writing of Stoker and how he can set an eerie scene whilst keeping the gore to a minimum. The characters are well written and are also fairly well know for anyone who has watched any Dracula / Van Helsing films.
I urge anyone who hasn't read this classic to pick up a copy and read the original of all vampire novels.
