By hand, the raw edges are turned under andthe folded edge is stitched downusing the Point de Paris stitch. Here, we have adapted it so that it can be done on the sewing machine. This techinique can be used for applying borders or shapes to collars, cuffs, etc." Includes three full-size patterns: To-The-Waist Dress and Sleeveless Dress (both in sizes 4-12) and Heirloom Party Dress (in sizes 3 mo. to 10 years).
