Have filled FOUR BLACK SACKS with rubbish from former life as a frumpy mother and am ready to be transformed into cream fitted cashmere v-neck wearing goddess a la Liz Hurley. Just have to buy a whole new wardrobe and a 4x4, lose THREE STONE, have BOTOX and hire half a dozen nannies and the transformation will be complete..."
