Book 2 in the Chase Brothers series has convinced me I want to 1) move to Petal, Georgia and 2) get myself adopted by the Chase family. But since that is not going to happen I guess I'll just have to say Lauren Dane did her usual outstanding writing job: tight plot, engaging characters and colorfully detailed setting. The series continues and this book is nothing less than spectacular. This book is about Cassie Gambol. A woman on the run and hiding from an ex-husband that would rather kill her than let her leave him. Then comes Shane Chase.
