John Miller (USA: VA) (2008/05/20): I see that this book is hot on BookMooch right now. My wife snatched up the last copy at the library. I found the book to be interesting and well written. I'll save you the wait and give you the health tips this book provides. Eat what your great-grandmother would cook for you.

funlikeheroin (USA: CA) (2008/08/14): that, or what the book actually says: "eat food. not too much. mostly plants." obviously not a diet book, and obviously not a book people are turning to for literal directions for meals. its more of a food education. a very amusing one at that
