Lots of cool stuff for kids, but very little of it benefits by being knitted. If it's something you love, fabulous, but after a while, this book, enh.

I DISAGREE WITH THE ABOVE REVIEW. The fact that the costumes, accessories and toys are knitted does not detract from their utility. Kids don't have to have perfect facsimiles in their pretend play, and these are clever and cute. Get busy, Grandma! These are beginner-to-intermediate patterns for costume and game items that babies and young kids will really enjoy for dress-up, pretend, and other play. They range from "super quick to knit" to "worth the time." The variety is amazing! There are 25 projects for: firefighter hat, monster hats, felted wizard and princess hats, bejeweled crown, tool set and pouch, alien tooth fairy pillows, pirate bath set, nap sack, memory cards, striped leg warmers and bag, twirly tank, super kid cape, unicorn dress-up, furry stole and fancy purse, fancy dress, guitar pillow, illusion backpacks, bowling ball and pins, mitered square blocks, robot jammie bag, Egyptian dress-up, mermaid dress-up, chain mail dress-up, Hawaiian dress-up, and viking dress-up. 120 pages.
