Career Blumberg is an adjunct professor of journalism at Columbia University . Since 1999 he has been a producer for the public radio show This American Life (TAL) and his stories are regularly featured on the show. Since 2007 he has been an executive producer of the television version of TAL. Prior to TAL he worked as a freelance radio reporter, contributing to TAL, the Savvy Traveller and Chicago Public Radio.
