Sleepy554 (USA: FL) (2010/03/03): This has to be the best pasta recipe book I have ever owned. There's such a variety in the book, you could basically eat a different pasta three times daily, 365 days and never be disappointed.The recipes are good. I have not tried one recipe that was not good (which is a pretty good indication of the books recipe content). The recipes include some of the following: Linguine with Spicy Thai Chicken, Artickoke and Sun-dried tomato Tortellini, Fusilli with Roasted Vegetables, Herbs and Parmesan and many more. There's a whole section of pastas for whole grain and special home made pasta's as well as sauces (from cream to fresh herb). Vegetarians could simply modify this book but omitting meat from most of the recipes. Rated 10 stars (out of ten). Second copy of this book given to me as a gift.
