A Little Book of Afternoon Teas (International little cookbooks) [Hardcover] I bought this book years ago. The Victoria Sponge Cake recipe is easy and delicious. I've made it many times and always to high praise. Since I don't think of myself as a baker, it's very gratifying. While I haven't tried all the recipes in here, the ones I have tried have been good. It is a small book, but it's a gigantic celebration of an old tradition.
