Lea (United Kingdom) (2008/02/14): This book is excellent. I hadn't read the previous book in the series but that didn't matter as I grasped the plotline quickly. The characters are interesting and well-rounded, the plot is exciting and the fight scenes are well written. I hadn't picked up a fantasy book for some time but this book has inspired me to read more fantasy and especially the rest of the author's work! Luckily I have the next book to read now.
Whoever mooches this book from me will have a great time reading it!
