Con's:
- Included charts were hard to read. I had to turn the book on lengthwise when it would have been more user-friendly to have the charts printed across two pages instead.

- Sometimes, I'd find the information incomplete. For example, in the nutrition portion of the book, the author recommends Tums as a "cheap source of calcium." The reality with Tums is that calcium carbonate is less absorbable than calcium citrate, and Tums doesn't have the additional vitamin D needed for calcium absorption.
