Great, great, great book! I have her others on my wish list and my to be read list because I just can't take the chance on forgetting the titles. Really made me think and she's a TERRIFIC writer!

This was one of the choices through an online book club I am a part of and I am so glad I got the chance to read this.
An abduction, an affair,an arrest, a suicide, and a marriage unraveling. This book leaves you wanting to read more from these emotionally deep characters. As we become better acquainted with the characters and the layers of their past are peeled away to show more completely what makes them behave the way they do, the story takes on more interest. It was a quick read that was easily involving even though it was a little sad at times. It was hard to put down.

Just finished this book - couldn't put it down. The author deftly and delicately explores marriage and friendship, faith and spirituality, and good vs evil.
