Spike's barking is driving Tommy's dad, Stu, up the wall. So when Tommy thinks Stu is going to the auto parts store for some "bark plugs," he's afraid that Spike will never bark again! He quickly comes up with a plan -- but will it work in time to save his beloved dog?
