Reviews: hilary (USA: CA) (2007/08/16):
excellent, excellent book. makes you think about the simple things in life, and how you should appreciate them. author puts a "unique perspective on things", just like stated on the back of the book.
read it! you won't regret it.

Very overrated. This can in no way be compared to The Catcher In The Rye. I'm absolutely shocked that it has been to be honest. It's not a total waste of time and it's a quick read but it's not written as well as it could have been and the author definitely tried too hard for the wrong things. Could have been way better.

One of my favorite books! :D

Dylan Jones (USA: NY) (2009/06/02):
I love this book, such a simple yet powerful read. It captures very well the life of a coming of age individual. What am I saying? Whatever, it's a good book, mooch it.

sample (USA: MO) (2010/10/31):
Read it in about three hours, not only because it's short and very easy to read, but just because of how good it is. It really makes you look inside yourself and see who you are and how you think, and if you really care to change yourself. This book is amazing.

Stephen (USA: MD) (2011/11/18):
A wonderfully moving and endearing but devestating book. I have a special vulnerablity to books centered on damaged and somewhat asperger-like characters and this book falls squarely in that camp. The main character sees himself as a shy wall-flower but in reality he's bewildered by things that his too quick mind observes but he's unable to figure out how to deal with.

This book reminds me a lot of Inside Out by Terry Trueman and the two are both very powerful, thought provoking reads. There are also parallels with Target by Kathleen Jeffrie Johnson.

I highly recommend it to anyone who's ever dealt with someone who has issues like Asperger's syndrome or even bipolar disorders. This book gives a fascinating look into an atypical but brilliant mind.
