Reviews: K. Amanita (USA: WA) (2007/04/15):
A fun and and slightly fluffy book. A fair amount of sex, like all of the Feist books, but without nearly so much politics and scheming as the "Mistress of the Empire" series.
Not Feist's best book, but certainly worth a read.

Lothlorien (USA: CA) (2007/10/11):
This book was a different kind of fantasy than I was used to. It's "good" different, though. Definitely worth reading. I couldn't put the book down until I finished it. This was my first Raymond Feist book and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I really liked the adult fairy tale theme (definitely not for children). This book doesn't have the cutesy fairies that many are used to, they are dark and light, with strong powers. A spirit possession of a child (creepy), a spiritual and physical battle, and a gripping plotline, makes this book very interesting. The fantasy world and the real world coexists perfectly in this book. This book is not as known as Feist's other ones (which is a surprising shame), but I definitely encourage anyone to check it out.
