denken (Ireland) (2007/07/10): Wow, this was a brilliant read, I couldnt put it down. It is an excellent insight into the hotel industry. Its based around the life of a hotel porter and his double shift of twelve hours. It is funny in parts, hilarious in others, touching on disturbing and sad. It is extremely enlightening and has changed my view on the hotel industry.......for the worse........thank god I like camping so much.
