spriggan (USA: IL) (2006/10/10): This book is a must read for anybody interested in architecture or Frank Lloyd Wright. It was written near the end of Wright's life, and it focuses on his ideas about modern living. He criticizes modern cities for their over-centralization and dehumanization, and lays out what he thinks a modern city should look like to best serve the people who live in it. This isn't a book about architecture, so much as a book about the philosophy of architecture.
