This book is wickedly funny. This book will be especially appreciated by those who have tried multiple diets and weight loss programs. However, under Ms. Lancaster's humor and "potty" mouth narrative, lies the seriousness of her challenges pertaining to losing weight and getting fit in order to be healthy. She is also an inspiration to all who have not succeeded to continue to strive to become healthy and fit, which she emphasizes over weight loss soley for the sake of body image and appearance. A sassy, funny, inspirational, laugh-out-loud good read.
