ahenry262 (USA: IL) (2008/05/12): This is one of the most suspenseful books that I've read in a long time. A man is shot, his wife is dead and his daughter has been kidnapped. Soon after he receives a ranson note and he only has one chance to save her.
Just when you think you may has the plot figured out, think again! This is a real page-turner and it keeps you guessing until the very end. Carole S. (USA: IN) (2008/07/23): Harlan Coben has done a great job with this book. I stayed up half the night to finish it. Very suspenseful and it kept me guessing. I like that in a book. I hate to figure out what is going on too soon! Ha. I have read several of Mr. Coben's books and recommend him highly.
