If you're struggling in the area of unwanted thoughts, Battlefield of the Mind is for you. Joyce Meyer, as usual, sugar coats NOTHING! She tells it like it is! I read most of this book and it helped me in ways no other "self-help" has. If I had to rate this, I'd give it FIVE stars :)
