Joby (Canada) (2008/08/18): From back cover:Fairyville, Arizona, located just north of Sedona, is no ordinary town. There's an energy here most people can't explain-and playful desires that beg to be fulfilled. Wish you were here...in bed. That's the wish that plagues Zoe Clare, a medium who has no trouble communicating with the dead-or with real live fairies for that matter! The problem is she can't seem to express her feelings to her landlord-slash-manager, the mysterious Magnus Monroe. Even when he gets her hotter than the desert sun, he holds back from the ultimate intimacy. As a result, the return of Zoe's high school flame leaves her more than a little vulnerable to her old boyfriend's charm. And the rules they're about to break will bring out the jealousy in Magnus-and the astounding truth... ~*~ Hot! Hot! Hot! Emma Holly writes like a porn star acts. Okay, so this book has a plot that porn movies don't, but from beginning to end, the book is too hot to handle. Anything and anyone is game. Just a warning, if you don't like same sex relationships, this book is not for you.
Cindy (USA: NV) (2009/04/10): Emma Holly brings out the extremes in me - I tend to either love it or hate it. This is definitely one of the loves - if you could imagine Jennifer Crusie writing an erotic, this is it. Wacky, Tinkerbelle style fairies, a psychic that talks to dead people, old lovers, new lovers, [sometimes both at the same time], and let's not forget changeling babies and the psycho Queen of the Fey...this book melds them all together with a fine and humorous hand. If m/m and multiple-partner sex bothers you - stay away.
