Really good Cussler book. One of the Oregon series !

This book was ok. It wasn't a bad read, but the books are starting to sound the same. This was about the Company fighting ecoterrorists, trying to restore a Nelson Mandella (who just turned 90 today!!) type into government, opposed to a corrupt African government, and a lost ship with a ton of raw diamonds aboard. It all interconnected and turned out all fine in the end. But the book didn't have the pizzaz the others did. If I ever come across the next in the series I'll probably read it, but I'm not in a hurry, for now I'm done with this series.

Great read. 3.5/5. Decently written book (as you can come to expect from Cussler) that keeps you turning pages. But some far fetched moments and a few predictable points but all-round it was quite enjoyable. Main characters are likable.
If you have read any other books from THE OREGON FILES or DIRK PITT then you may very well like this book.
Not Cusslers best effort but a decent light read. If you go in with an open mind this book can be rewarding.
