But Frevisse's stay at the minster turned deadly when murder visited the quiet manor. Guest Lionel Knyvet was afflicted with a dreadful disease -- and during one of his violent fits, an innocent person lost his life. Most of the household assumed that Lionel killed the man. But Frevisse knew too much about murder to be easily fooled...
