Very good seafood recipes that cover everything from fish, prep, squid, utensils, how to prepare many many fresh catches and more.

Some of the recipes: clam chowder deluxe,cheese crusted perch, Shrimp Casserole, BBQ Salmon with lemon-sage stuffing, Tomato-orange sea bass and more. I have tried about a dozen of these recipes and none were less than great.

Also 150 recipes, buying charts for seafood, where and when available, flavor, texture and fat contents, cooking methods, special smoking techniques for fish, how to do a clam bake, classic chowders, soups and sauces, caviar and savory butters and sauces.
