Description: LSCC MEMBER: Powerful, suave Sheik Omar Al Abdar.

SOCIAL STATUS: Has his eye on a particular woman on this side of the Atlantic.

METHOD OF SEDUCTION: Sheik Omar has any number of women at his disposal . . . ones who'd be more than willing to wed -- and bed -- the new ruler of Gaspar.

After taking the throne and marrying the woman he'd chosen, Sheik Omar Al Abdar felt like the richest man in all of Gaspar. But his new bride had a secret -- she was Cara Carson, twin sister of the woman he'd thought he'd brought home. When Sheik Omar discovered the truth, he was angry . . . and confused. And before long he had a secret of a very personal nature -- somewhere along the line, he'd fallen in love with his very own wife!

Where Texas society reigns supreme -- and appearances are everything.

Reviews: Joby (Canada) (2007/10/28):
I'm into sheik romances right now. Have read good ones. Not so good ones. And just plain awful ones. I think this would fall between good and not so good. The story of Sheik Omar and Cara is great. What I didn't expect was the soap opera stories that are inserted with this story. Thankfully, they are at various ends of chapters and can be skipped over without losing the story of Omar and Cara in anyway. But, if you like the soap opera thing, then please read on! I suppose it is the author's way of making sure she had sequels to write.
