A Real Work of Art
Faking it!
Seeing double? That's what Sam Harrison thinks when his uptight, by-the-book museum co-worker becomes easygoing, flirty and funny--overnight! Megan Dean puts aside her travel-book writing, as she has a job to do impersonating her twin sister, but she can't fake her feelings for Sam--he's the hottest, handsomest guy she's ever met. If only he knew which Dean he was actually dating!
Thick as Thieves
Some laws are meant to be broken!
If Jared McLean had known what doing a favor for his buddy would mean, he would never have agreed. Who wants to break the number one best-friend law--no falling for your friend's sister? But driving across the country with the scattered and far too tempting Cat Levery makes Jared forget all about best friends! And their steamy kisses make him forget all about the thieves who seem to be tailing them...

Amy W (USA: MD) (2010/03/21): This has two books (harlequin quick reads) in one, "A Real Work of Art" by Samantha Connolly and "Thick a Thieves" by Jennifer McKinlay. The first, "A Real Work of Art" is about twin sisters where one has to take her place at work. The premise was a little shallow, but the characters actually were pretty good and the story was a quick enjoyable read. The second story, "A Real Work of Art", was about a friend driving another friends sister cross country and the rule of you don't hit on another friend's sister. The rule was stupid, the side story of thieves was stupid, and the reactions of the characters were stupid, but the sex scenes were better than the first story. Luckily it was a quick read but my recommendation has to be read the first and skim through the second. First story 3 1/2 stars, the second 2 stars.
