A perfect book whether you are just starting a new relationship and don't want to fall into bad habits or if you are in a long-standing relationship where you have began to take each other for granted ...or worse!The book is written by a husband and wife team which gives the book a personal tone and makes their advice seem more relevant. I read a lot of Self-Help books (did I just admit that?) and they are often repetitive and rather patronising in tone - this book was a refreshing change. Easy and enjoyable to read, it advises in a gentle, non-judgemental fashion. I regularly reread pages to make sure I don't start sweating the small stuff!
