With this book I believe James Patterson has a return to form. This book introduces a new female character who is strong and brings a lot to the story. Alex Cross is back working for the police again and is following a new killer The Audience Killer who just loves an audience when he is killing. Whilst battling this new adversary he also comes face to face with an old adversary. I think it is this twist in the tale which is a return to form for James Patterson. The book is fast paced introduces new characters who look to be staying and is a real page turner.
