I didn't enjoy this book, but neither did I hate it. For the most part, I was bored while reading it because there is little action and the plot spans several decades. Many of the reviews I've seen for this book sing its praises, and though I definitely wouldn't go that far, it had its interesting moments and I was overall satisfied when I finished.
