Reviews: Victoria (USA: MT) (2008/11/23):
asthma is getting to be such a common problem for so many nowadays. i think most of it is brought on by emotional stress and repression. also by poor nutrition and dehydration. there are many natural ways to deal with it, and it can be overcome totally and outgrown. i for one had severe asthma as a young child, almost dying many times. when i was about 5or6 yrs, old my mother heard the chihauhas dogs draw asthma, so she bought me one. a beautiful runt teacup i named cocoa lita. i never had a severe asthma attack again and never have since, well okay there have been a few times which were brought on by extreme exhaustion. also i am an avid coffee drinker so that may be helping, self medicating without realizing it. my grandson has suffered from it but we've gotten it under control by making sure he's well hydrated and drawing him out (without him really being aware of it) to help him get things off his chest that he's been repressing. children experience tremendous amounts of inner stress at times and they MUST be able to express it or they will manifest illness in some way. Listen to your children, yourself, your friends, your loved ones, REALLY LISTEN. it has been proven that most married couples actually communicate for less than 7 minutes a day. dis-ease is exactly that, something that you are not 'at ease' with. like those books say, and i love them, don't sweat the small stuff and it's all small stuff.' it is more important to be present, and human than to have all the tea in china.
