To be honest, I didn't care for this book at all. Maybe because I was already aware of the disgusting techniques used in our "fast food nation" but as a history buff I enjoyed the historical aspects of how the industry came to be.

This is an amazing book. Not only does it take you behind the counter at McDonalds, Wendy's etc. It really makes you think about the American food chain as a whole.
