re: Just a question... I'm no Bookmooch expert but I think it's really unacceptable to ask for 2 points just because a book is in mint condition! When you sign up to become a member, you know what the points policy is. I've sent loads of books that have been in excellent condition and I'm sure I'm not the only one! I would at the very least leave a neutral feedback explaining that the sender wanted 2 points for the book and that they then rejected your mooch because they'd sold it. I'd be really tempted to leave a negative feedback for the sheer cheek of asking for 2 points, but maybe someone else will have a different opinion! Are you able to check her feeddback to see if she has a history of doing this? Judith 6 years ago

re: The sender force marked their book as received. This happened to me previously - I think if you contact admin/support with all the details, they will re-instate your points (but it may take a few days). That's what happened in my case. Judith 12 years ago
