Hi and welcome! If you want to mooch a book from another country but the owner won't (or can't) send it to you, you can ask a Bookmooch angel from that country if they're willing to mooch it for you and send it on to you. They'll let you know if they will and once they receive it, they'll let you know and you just mooch the book off them in the same way as you'd normally do. The way to do it is to post a message here stating which countries you want the book to go from and to (e.g. from Canada to the UK) with a link in the message to the book you want. They do it out of the goodness of their own hearts, so I usually smooch them (give them) at least an extra point (as I think many do?) for their time, effort and money spent!
